· Manage matters assigned to external law firms across the jurisdictions in which we operate, including defining mandates, monitoring progress and budgets and coordinating advice with internal stakeholders;

· Collaborate with other members of the Legal Affairs team to deliver coordinated support to internal business teams and improve legal processes, including precedent management, automation and the implementation of AI tools;

· Carry out any other related tasks of a legal nature linked to the company's activities.

· Strong business acumen and a client-focused, business-partner mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;

· Ability to work independently across a variety of legal matters, perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities;
