As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you'll be at the intersection of client success and technical implementation, building solutions that process critical financial data with absolute precision.

You'll bridge the crucial gap between business challenges and AI-powered solutions by:

• Delivering enterprise-grade features in 2-week sprints with complete ownership of quality 
• Architecting scalable solutions in Python and SQL on the Snowflake ecosystem to process terabytes of data
• Actively mentoring more junior developers to elevate the team's technical standards 
• Collaborating closely with the product team to transform client needs into robust technical solutions

• Python master - it's your go-to language; React or another JS/TS framework for frontend programming
• SQL expert with deep database understanding - essential for our Snowflake-centric ecosystem

What Your Integration Will Look Like

Join our Software team under the leadership of our Engineering Leader, Raya, who champions ownership, measurable impact, and technical excellence.

From day one:

• Week 1-2: Deep dive into our Snowflake/Python/Streamlit stack with personalized mentoring and first contribution to production code
• Month 1: Complete ownership of a client feature with direct impact on enterprise users' business insights
• Month 3: Technical leadership of a complex project and active mentoring of at least 2 junior/intermediate developers

Recruitment Process

• Initial screening with Marion (45 min, phone call) - ownership mindset assessment and technical background evaluation
• Technical interview (1.5 hours on-site) with David and Adrien, senior developers - live coding and white-board problem solving exercices
• Cultural fit interview (1 hour on-site) with Raya (VP of Engineering) and Seb (Principal Solutions Architect) - team dynamics assessment
