Team Mission
The Hub team empowers partners with a seamless self-service platform to onboard, configure services, manage commissions, and access key analytics. We aim to simplify and optimize the end-to-end partner experience.

Role Overview
As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you'll lead development of the Stay22 Hub—our core partner-facing web application. You'll work across the stack using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL to build scalable, high-performance features. Collaborating with Product, Design, and Data teams, you’ll deliver impactful solutions that enhance the partner journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Hub features including partner onboarding, dashboards, account settings, and payment workflows

• Develop intuitive self-service tools like the “Manage My Maps” and QR code systems

• Create and maintain scalable APIs and backend systems with a focus on data integrity and performance

• Partner with Product Design to build accessible, high-quality UIs and contribute to our design system

• Integrate supplier data and expand partner capabilities across the platform

• Mentor junior developers and uphold high engineering standards through code reviews and testing

• Provide technical leadership on architecture, UX, and performance optimization

• Participate in agile processes, sprint retros, and cross-functional planning

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in fullstack development (Node.js, React, TypeScript)

• Deep knowledge of MongoDB and solid PostgreSQL experience

• Proven track record building and scaling web applications

• Strong understanding of web performance and optimization

• Clear communicator and collaborative team player

• Experience mentoring developers and leading projects is a plus
