The Opportunity

Do you love designing creative assets that spark both emotion and action? We are looking for you! Join Hitachi Energy as a Senior Content Creative Lead for the Grid Automation Business Unit.
How You´ll Make the Impact
- Oversee creative strategy and execution for the BU by acting as a creative consultant and partner with the extended Marketing and Communications team to turn “requests” into concepts and assets.
- Lead sustainable creative and content development operation from ideation to execution to ensure every content suite aligns to creative architectures adopted by the company and BU.
- Ensure creative and execution quality across all internal and external content production projects.
- Design and deliver high-impact executive presentations in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Lead creative direction across both visual and written elements.
- Own and orchestrate the end-to-end content production process, aligning teams, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support the end of the content lifecycle production by ensuring that content assets are stored following metadata, tagging, taxonomy, and naming conventions.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
- Professional experience in creative or design, ideally with hands-on experience as a designer or as a copywriter
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Visual Communications, Branding
- Show deep understanding of the development of creative concepts, content production, and brand strategy.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and design high-impact executive presentations.
- Demonstrate the ability to shape and evaluate stories through both visual design and written narrative.
- Proven experience building brand stories and narratives and translating them for creative teams.
- Superb project management skills: time management, communication, and organization.
- Hands-on experience with PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.
- Comfortable making fast decisions and pivoting based on new data and ideas.
- Cross-functional leadership skills are a must.
- Comfortable rolling up sleeves to execute as well as lead.
- Strong business acumen.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and organized, with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks and executing efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience in technical, engineering B2B industries, ideally in the electrification segment
