Requires at least three years of substation automation or industrial control experience, strong IEC 61850 knowledge, and a relevant engineering degree.

The role requires electrical engineering knowledge, bilingual English and French communication, Canadian work authorization, and travel up to 30%.

Manages commercial and contractual activities for railway and infrastructure bids and projects. Oversees engineering estimates, resource allocation, project schedules, budgets, technical problem-solving, and compliance. Coordinates training activities, including planning, logistics, communications, participant tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
