We are currently seeking a highly motivated sales resource to support the Accenture business plan and goals. The sales professional will provide lead generation, close opportunities, and provide business development functions that executes the corporate sales and marketing strategy. They will monitor, analyze and report personal sales activity and performance against goals. The position is responsible for achieving targets and awarded for sales performance. 

The resource will be engaged with end users and strategic accounts. This individual will be a member of the Sales Capture Team and will execute strategic plans to achieve growth goals. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Origination, responsible for conducting research and networking to make new business contacts. The right research should lead you to discover untapped sales potential. You’ll also be responsible for assessing the viability of the connection and to what extent it’s worth pursuing and forecasting potential results. 

  • Sales Capture, responsible for focusing on existing accounts. In addition to ensuring the needs of clients are met, find creative solutions and innovative techniques to continue selling services. The main goal is client retention. 

  • Execute efforts to achieve personal and business financial goals established in the Industry X Strategic Plan. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Capital Projects solutions in Industrial and supply chain optimization. 

  • Develops, obtains approval, and implements sales strategies, methodology, goals, and plans for assigned accounts. 

  • Establishes, executive level relationships with the customer base and understands customer processes, business drivers and organizational model. 

  • Participates directly in professional and industry organizations, in sales activities with key accounts, and in trade shows. 

  • Directly manages assigned client accounts and supports the management of all other accounts. 

  • Responsible for assigned leads and opportunities to be documented in Accenture CRM tool. 

Sales Strategy & Growth: 

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationship within Accenture Account teams 

  • Accelerate growth of Accenture Industry X base business 

  • Achieve defined revenue targets for Industry X and supply chain sales.  

  • Strengthen pipeline by generating new high-value leads and opportunities. 

  • Optimize deal values through high-impact sales engagements.  

  • Ensure cost-efficient client acquisition strategies.  

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline or a related technical field 

  • 15+ years of experience in executive leadership, sales, or consulting within Industrial and supply chain domains.  

  • Proven track record of driving multi-million-dollar sales and business growth.  

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.  

  • Expertise in digital transformation, supply chain optimization, and emerging technologies.  

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.  

  • Entrepreneurial work ethic 

  • Able to travel internationally as required

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement. 

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill a brand new position.
The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
