We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Director to join our growing team and lead revenue growth across our suite of omnichannel advertising solutions, including Connected TV (CTV), Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH), YouTube and High-Impact Creative formats.
This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge ad tech and creative technologies, supported by an established book of business and a strong portfolio of innovative products that deliver measurable results for agencies and brands.
The ideal candidate will bring both a proven track record in omnichannel media sales and an existing network of agency and client relationships — spanning both major holding companies and independent agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business and revenue growth across DCO, CTV, DOOH, YouTube and High-Impact Creative offerings.
- Manage and grow an existing book of business, while actively pursuing new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at agencies, holding companies, and direct clients.
- Develop strategic sales plans and account strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Strategy, Creative, and Operations) to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and insights to senior leadership.
- 4+ years of experience in digital media or advertising sales, with a focus on omnichannel or programmatic solutions.
- Established relationships and active book of business across both holding company networks and independent agencies.
- Proven success in selling complex omni-channel advertising solutions.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, data-driven marketing, and creative technology.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
