Your Mission 

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing SDR team. Reporting to our North America SDR Manager, you will be supporting the team on accelerating the distribution of Nuvei’s products with specific focus on the North America market by uncovering new outbound opportunities & qualifying inbound leads.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Generating new business pipeline for Business Development Managers via inbound/outbound initiatives and activities.
  • Demonstrating best practice and up-to-date knowledge of our products and the value to potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to improve business processes and support onboarding of new clients.
  • Managing your time efficiently and prioritizing your work load.
  • Proactively engaging with potential and current clients and building strong relationships.
  • Demonstrating an ability to attract new customers.
  • Expanding market knowledge and awareness through your own research.
  • Develop sales leads by using sales tools with outbound sales prospecting efforts.
  • Organize and manage your pipeline and present to your line manager.

Votre mission

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) représentant(e) au développement des ventes (SDR) pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance. Relevant de notre gestionnaire SDR Amérique du Nord, vous soutiendrez l’équipe dans l’accélération de la distribution des produits de Nuvei, en mettant particulièrement l’accent sur le marché nord-américain, en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités (prospection sortante) et en qualifiant les pistes entrantes.

Responsabilités principales (incluant, sans s’y limiter) :

  • Générer un nouveau pipeline d’affaires pour les gestionnaires du développement des affaires par le biais d’initiatives et d’activités de prospection entrante/sortante.
  • Faire preuve des meilleures pratiques et d’une connaissance à jour de nos produits et de leur valeur pour les clients potentiels et existants.
  • Gérer efficacement votre temps et prioriser votre charge de travail.
  • Collaborer avec divers départements internes afin d’améliorer les processus d’affaires et de soutenir l’intégration de nouveaux clients.
  • Interagir de manière proactive avec les clients potentiels et actuels et bâtir de solides relations.
  • Faire preuve de capacité à attirer de nouveaux clients.
  • Accroître vos connaissances et votre compréhension du marché grâce à vos propres recherches.
  • Développer des pistes de vente à l’aide d’outils de prospection sortante.
  • Organiser et gérer votre pipeline et en faire rapport à votre gestionnaire.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Follow a disciplined approach to forecasting and opportunity management via SFDC and our supporting tools and processes.
  • Develop sales leads by using sales tools with outbound sales prospecting efforts.
  • Qualify inbound leads that enquire through our website & other sources
  • Track record of achievement and success in competitive environments
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships to gain and share information such as industry trends.
  • Relevant customer facing/ calling experience
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role

Exigences:

  • English (written and spoken) is the language used 99% of the time, as work colleagues and clientele are both geographically dispersed within and outside of Quebec
  • Internal communications between colleagues occur in English or in French, depending on the parties involved. Strategic suppliers are located outside of Quebec
  • A basic knowledge of French is required for any position located within Quebec. English is required for this position, as it could report to someone outside of Quebec, and requires frequent out of province communications

The work is done 99% in English (spoken and written), as the team and the clientele served are geographically dispersed across Quebec and outside of Quebec. Internal communications between colleagues are in French or English, depending on the interlocutors. The strategic suppliers are located outside of Quebec. A functional knowledge of French is required for any position located in Quebec. Knowledge of English is necessary for this position, as the incumbent will report outside Quebec and will be required to communicate frequently with people outside of Quebec as part of their duties.
