The role provides hands-on technical authority across implementation waves and ongoing operations, collaborating with systems integrators, security teams, finance stakeholders, and managed support partners.

Configure and maintain legal technology platforms, build integrations and automated workflows, develop AI-assisted tools and dashboards, analyze operational data, and drive process improvements across the legal function while collaborating with IT, Product, and AI teams.

The Legal Counsel will draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements while providing legal support across various teams. Responsibilities include monitoring litigation and adhering to payment services regulations.
