Vous recevrez, créerez et développerez les commandes en proposant des produits complémentaires, tout en assurant la satisfaction des clients et en ajoutant de la valeur à leur expérience d’achat. Vous utiliserez des techniques de vente proactives afin de développer les affaires et d’élargir le portefeuille de comptes existants. Vous collaborerez également avec l’équipe des ventes externes afin de vous assurer que les objectifs sont atteints.

Responsabilités :

  • Recevoir les commandes par courriel et par téléphone, vérifier et saisir les articles, transférer les commandes au service d’exécution et informer les clients des ruptures de stock ainsi que des dates de livraison prévues.
  • Augmenter la valeur des commandes en suggérant des produits connexes, en expliquant leurs caractéristiques et en consultant l’historique d’achat des clients.
  • Prendre en charge, qualifier et développer les occasions d’affaires provenant du marketing, des ventes externes et des comptes nationaux.
  • Identifier des possibilités d’amélioration continue des processus.
  • Préparer, générer et assurer le suivi des soumissions verbales ou écrites afin de conclure des commandes ou de déterminer les raisons pour lesquelles une commande n’a pas été obtenue.
  • Examiner les rapports de commandes clients en cours et prendre les mesures nécessaires concernant les éléments ouverts, notamment ceux pouvant présenter un risque quant au respect de la date de livraison promise au client.
  • Maintenir les rapports de commandes en attente dans le système de distribution, les rapports connexes d’accélération des commandes clients, les avis ainsi que les communications aux clients.
  • Communiquer à la direction les tendances du secteur, les prix de la concurrence et les commentaires des clients.

Qualifications :

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent requis; diplôme universitaire de premier cycle privilégié.
  • Connaissances et expérience en vente et en administration des ventes requises; le candidat continue de développer des connaissances et compétences de niveau supérieur, tout en étant pleinement compétent et productif dans son rôle professionnel (2 à 4 ans d’expérience).
  • Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office et capacité à utiliser les outils informatiques de base.
  • Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement d’équipe.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Grand souci du détail.
  • Capacité à prospecter et à présenter des concepts ou solutions aux comptes existants ainsi qu’aux nouveaux clients potentiels.
  • Capacité à prendre des initiatives et à résoudre une variété de problèmes pouvant être difficiles, mais généralement non complexes.
  • Capacité à identifier et définir les problèmes ainsi que les solutions possibles de façon autonome, et à choisir parmi les solutions existantes.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome avec une supervision générale.

As a Representative - Inside Sales, you will interact with existing customers, to increase sales of the Company's products and/or services. You will obtain, create, and up-sell orders, creating customer satisfaction and adding value to the customer's buying experience. You will focus on proactive selling techniques to add business or expand current book of accounts. You will collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are being met.


Responsibilities:

  • Obtains orders through email and telephone calls, verifies and enters items, transfers orders to fulfillment, explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates.
  • Increases orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checks customer’s buying history.
  • Owns, qualifies and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
  • Identifies ways for continuous improvement of processes.
  • Prepares, generates, and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order.
  • Reviews open customer order reports and takes action on open items, including those items that may be at risk in meeting customer’s promised delivery date.
  • Maintains distribution system backorder report, associated customer expediting report and notices, and customer notification.
  • Reports industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.


Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelors’ degree preferred
  • Requires knowledge and experience in sales and sales administration; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills, however fully competent and productive professional contributor (2-4 years)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, and ability to perform basic computer skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Working in team environment
  • Communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potentially new accounts
  • Take action and solve a range of problems that may be difficult but are not typically complex
  • Identify and define problems and possible solutions independently; chooses among existing solutions
  • Ability to work independently with general supervision
  • Ability to travel 0% - 25%
