Supervise warehouse departments including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, assembly, and housekeeping. Coordinate employee assignments, monitor productivity, quality, safety, workflow, and performance metrics, and enforce procedures. Train and coach warehouse associates, maintain attendance and performance records, support process improvement, manage inventory controls, and ensure safe equipment operation and customer service requirements.

Support preparation of proposals, bids and customer quotations by compiling material take-offs (electrical supplies, lighting, switchgear), coordinating information, following up on open quotes, maintaining catalogs/price lists, data entry, and providing basic customer service. Work involves liaising with suppliers, account reps and inside sales under supervision.

As a Senior Representative - Inside Sales, you will increase sales by managing complex accounts, develop customer relationships, and collaborate with outside sales teams to meet business goals.

Supervise multiple warehouse functions (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, light assembly, housekeeping). Train, coach and manage associates, monitor productivity/quality/safety metrics, enforce procedures, maintain records, develop processes and training, and ensure customer requirements are met.

This role involves processing sales orders, managing customer inquiries, and suggesting additional products to increase sales. It requires knowledge of sales and administrative functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify process improvements.
