Notre client, un fabricant spécialisé dans le domaine HVAC
situé dans Lanaudière, recherche un(e) Représentant(e) aux ventes internes pour
joindre son équipe et contribuer à sa croissance, notamment sur le marché
américain.
VOTRE RÔLE
- Répondre
aux demandes des clients et distributeurs par téléphone et courriel;
- Conseiller
les clients et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées à leurs besoins;
- Préparer
les commandes et en assurer le suivi jusqu’à la livraison;
- Développer
et maintenir d’excellentes relations avec les distributeurs;
- Participer
au développement des ventes sur le marché américain;
- Collaborer
avec les ventes externes, le service après-vente et les équipes internes;
- Effectuer
le suivi des stocks et des disponibilités de produits.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Expérience
en ventes internes ou service à la clientèle, idéalement dans un
environnement technique;
- Expérience
en HVAC, milieu manufacturier ou produits techniques, un atout;
- Excellente
maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit (plusieurs clients aux États-Unis)
- Facilité
à comprendre des spécifications techniques;
- Excellent
sens de l’organisation et des priorités;
- Approche
client, dynamisme et esprit d’équipe.
