Chez SMARDT, chef de file mondial en technologie de refroidisseurs à haute efficacité, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) réceptionniste et coordonnateur(trice) de bureau proactif(ve) et positif(ve) pour contribuer au bon fonctionnement quotidien de notre bureau à Dorval.

Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion pour une personne bilingue (français et anglais), axée sur le service à la clientèle, qui souhaite jouer un rôle clé dans la création d’un environnement professionnel, accueillant et positif pour nos employés, visiteurs, clients et partenaires d’affaires, tout en répondant aux besoins quotidiens du bureau.

La personne recherchée est naturellement attentive à ce qui doit être fait, fait preuve d’initiative et aime aider les autres. Qu’il s’agisse d’accueillir un visiteur, de coordonner un dîner d’équipe, de préparer une salle de réunion ou de s’assurer que les employés disposent des fournitures et des ressources dont ils ont besoin, cette personne joue un rôle important dans la création d’un milieu de travail positif, organisé et bien fonctionnel.

Principales Responsabilités

Réception et accueil

  • Agir à titre de première personne-ressource pour les employés, visiteurs, clients, fournisseurs et autres invités.
  • Accueillir les visiteurs de façon professionnelle et chaleureuse et les diriger vers la personne ou le service approprié.

Coordination du bureau et soutien aux employés

  • Agir comme personne-ressource principale pour les besoins quotidiens du bureau et les demandes des employés.
  • Veiller à ce que les employés disposent des fournitures de bureau, de l’équipement, du matériel et des autres ressources nécessaires pour effectuer leur travail efficacement.

Événements et expérience employé

  • Coordonner et soutenir les événements du bureau, les activités pour les employés, les célébrations et les initiatives de l’entreprise.
  • Organiser la logistique d’activités telles que les dîners d’équipe, les célébrations des fêtes, les activités de reconnaissance des employés, les assemblées générales, les réunions et autres événements spéciaux.

Soutien aux réunions et soutien administratif

  • Coordonner l’utilisation des salles de réunion et veiller à ce qu’elles soient préparées avec l’équipement et le matériel appropriés.
  • Soutenir les réunions internes, notamment en préparant les salles, les rafraîchissements, les fournitures et l’équipement technologique requis.

Environnement de travail et culture

  • Contribuer au maintien d’un environnement de travail professionnel, accueillant et positif.
  • Assurer la propreté, la présentation et le bon fonctionnement des aires communes du bureau.

Profil Recherché

Compétences:

  • Bilingue (français/anglais) *voir la remarque ci-dessous
  • 2 à 4 ans d’expérience en réception, administration de bureau, coordination de bureau, service à la clientèle ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement de bureau corporatif ou professionnel constitue un atout.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement industriel.

Profil Académique et Expérience

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) au minimum, combiné à une expérience pertinente.

Ce poste nécessite un niveau intermédiaire en français et en anglais.

  • La maîtrise du français est requise pour communiquer avec notre équipe au Québec.

What You'll Do:

Reception & Front Desk

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, customers, suppliers, and other guests.
  • Welcome and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Office Coordination & Employee Support

  • Act as a central point of contact for day-to-day office needs and employee requests.
  • Ensure employees have the office supplies, equipment, materials, and other resources they need to perform their work effectively.

Office Events & Employee Experience

  • Coordinate and support office events, employee activities, celebrations, and company initiatives.
  • Organize logistics for events such as team lunches, holiday celebrations, employee appreciation activities, town halls, meetings, and special events.

Meeting & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure rooms are prepared with the appropriate equipment and materials.
  • Support internal meetings, including preparation of rooms, refreshments, supplies, and technology as required.

Workplace Standards & Culture

  • Help maintain a professional, welcoming, and positive office environment.
  • Take ownership of the appearance and functionality of common office areas.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum High School Diploma combined with relevant experience.
