  • Career growth potential within a respected organization that values high performance and brand excellence

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Conduct daily store visits and serve as the primary field contact, with 70-90% in market, of which 10-20% overnight travel

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail sales associates, dealer partners, designers, and key stakeholders.

  • Deliver consultative product training and sales coaching that equips partners to confidently sell premium and luxury offerings.

  • Provide elevated, white-glove service by recommending tailored solutions that enhance the customer experience and strengthen brand loyalty.

  • Lead regional events, trade shows, and promotional activations that showcase the brand and deepen market engagement.

  • Gather competitive insights, customer feedback, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and inform field strategy.

  • Support merchandising excellence, inventory awareness, and promotional execution to protect brand integrity and in-store presence.

  • Respond to product, installation, and service-related inquiries with confidence, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on premium products and ensure every interaction reflects the standards of a world-class luxury brand.

Qualifications

What you bring

  • Experience representing premium, luxury, or design-forward brands in retail, field sales, client services, or relationship management environments.

  • 3–5 years of success in retail sales, outside sales, account management, or sales leadership, ideally within premium or luxury categories.

  • Bilingual fluency in English and French.

  • Excellent communication skills across email, phone, live chat, and in-person conversations.

  • A self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach with strong organization, follow-through, and accountability.

  • A dedicated home office setup; this role is remote aside from training and market travel requirements.

  • A valid driver’s license and daily access to a reliable vehicle.

  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned market on a daily basis.
