As the OD&P Specialist, you will support the review, research, development, implementation, communication, administration, and continuous improvement of Organizational Development & Performance programs, processes, resources, and tools. You will work closely with OD&P Partners and Lead role, HR Partnering teams, HRMT, and other stakeholders to help translate people strategies into practical, accessible, and well-supported programs that strengthen performance, talent, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.

  • SharePoint content management and intranet administration
  • UKG PRO is an asset
  • Employee Listening platforms (e.g., Viva Glint) is a nice to have

How you will create impact : 
  • Support the design, development, coordination, implementation, and maintenance of OD&P programs, tools, processes, and resources that respond to identified business and employee needs.
  • Conduct research, gather requirements, complete gap analysis, source products, and prepare recommendations to support new or enhanced OD&P tools, assessments, processes, and program improvements.
  • Coordinate and support enterprise OD&P programs and processes including employee listening strategy, Elevate/performance management, succession and talent planning, strategic workforce planning, team dynamic assessments, recognition, executive onboarding, mentorship and related organizational development initiatives.
  • Lead and/or co-lead workshops such as Advisory Sessions, information sessions with the HR Partnering team, and stakeholder meetings related to OD&P offerings, including preparing materials, supporting facilitation, and following through on actions.
  • Manage OD&P content, communications, and resources across internal channels including SharePoint, Leader Portal, Source, Co-op Learn and related platforms to ensure materials are current, accessible, well-branded, and easy to use.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR Partnering teams, leaders, and stakeholders on OD&P tools, resources, processes, procedures, guidelines, and program interpretation, including technology-enabled processes.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, communications, and preliminary insights from program data, survey results, and stakeholder feedback to help identify themes, opportunities, risks, and recommendations.
  • Support any cross over responsibilities shared from Talent Development Specialists or Wellbeing Specialist as required.
To join our team:  
  • Completion of a post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 
  • Three or more years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Employee Experience, Learning and Development, Workforce Planning, or a related area. 
  • CHRP designation, or progress toward a professional HR designation, is considered an asset. 
  • Experience coordinating or supporting HR programs, projects, processes, workshops, communications, and stakeholder materials. 
  • Demonstrated research, analytical, problem-solving, recommendation-writing, and presentation skills. 
  • Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, content management tools, survey/reporting tools, and data analysis or presentation tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with employee listening, performance management, succession planning, strategic workforce planning, recognition, assessments, executive onboarding, or HR technology platforms is considered an asset.

            • You leverage critical thinking skills to identify problems and proactively propose solutions.  
            • Your strong communication skills allow you to clearly convey messages.   
            • You’re an effective team player who shares knowledge to support your peers.  
            • Proficiency in English is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority non-francophone clients, groups, teams. Drafting complex English documents and preparing daily reports for anglophone leaders. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.

                    Expected salary range$60,574.00 to $100,956.00 

                    The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.​​

                    Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
