The Role

We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join Capco in Toronto on a 3-month contract, with the opportunity to extend longer or into a permanent role. This role is on-site five days per week and plays a key part in creating a welcoming, well-organized, and high-performing office environment for employees, clients, and visitors. You’ll support front-of-house operations alongside facilities, events, and day-to-day office administration,


What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Toronto office, providing professional and welcoming experience for employees, visitors, and clients.
  • Manage front desk operations including visitor registration, calls, inbox monitoring, access card issuance and deactivation in line with HR and IT processes.
  • Coordinate office facilities and maintenance activities, working closely with building management, security teams, and external vendors.
  • Manage the expenses and purchasing of kitchen supplies, snacks, beverages, and general office supplies
  • Oversee daily office readiness including kitchen, meeting rooms, and shared spaces, ensuring alignment with Capco standards and health and safety requirements.
  • Support internal meetings and office events, including room setup, catering coordination, AV readiness, and logistics for deliveries and breakdowns.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years’ experience in office coordination, facilities, or workplace operations within a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, service-focused setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging internal teams and external partners.
  • High attention to detail and approach to problem-solving and office needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience supporting office events, training sessions, or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with corporate credit card use, invoice checking, or basic financial administration.
  • Health and safety knowledge and/or certification

The salary for this position is $60,000.
