Convert & Migrate Lead – Major Wealth Transformation Program
Location: Toronto (Hybrid – 4 days per week on-site) | Practice Area: Wealth & Asset Management | Type: Permanent
Lead complex wealth transformation programs that redefine how large-scale platforms transition, modernize, and deliver value.
The Role
As a Lead Business Consultant, you will define and execute the end-to-end conversion and migration strategy for a major wealth transformation program. You will lead all Conversion & Migration (C&M) pillars—spanning cutover, data, and system transitions—while working closely with senior client stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams to enable a seamless transition with minimal business disruption.
What You’ll Do
Define and own the end-to-end conversion and migration strategy for a large-scale wealth transformation program
Lead all C&M pillars including cutover planning and execution, data mapping, ETL, and system conversion
Coordinate complex, multi-stream delivery across business, technology, data, and vendor teams
Provide executive-level leadership and communication across senior client stakeholders and governance forums
Ensure risk-managed execution that protects business continuity, client experience, and regulatory outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Extensive experience leading large-scale conversion and migration initiatives within wealth or asset management
Deep domain expertise across wealth platforms, products, and operating models
Proven program and implementation leadership on complex, multi-year transformation programs
Ability to operate with strong executive presence across C-suite, senior business leaders, and technology teams
Experience delivering change within Tier 1 financial institutions
Bonus Points For
Experience leading C&M workstreams within core platform replacement or modernization programs
Background in data-intensive migrations involving complex client, account, and product structures
Familiarity with regulatory, risk, and control considerations in wealth transformations
Experience working within consulting-led delivery models
Exposure to global or multi-region wealth migration programs
