Description

OX Security secures the AI-driven SDLC from prompt to production. We eliminate critical, real-time risks from AI code generation through cloud runtime by doing what conventional tools can't: unifying development and cloud context to stop vulnerabilities right at the source. At OX, we're building the future of cybersecurity for the AI era. If you're looking to work on disruptive technology with an amazing team, you belong here.

We're growing rapidly and looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing team and help scale our marketing engine through data, systems, automation, and operational excellence.

This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to optimize marketing processes, manage our marketing technology stack, improve lead lifecycle management, and drive operational efficiency across the entire funnel.

If you're analytical, detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about building scalable marketing operations, optimizing processes, and turning data into actionable insights, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, attribution, ABM tools, analytics).
  • Build and manage lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle processes, ensuring tight alignment with Sales.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for campaign performance, funnel health, and pipeline impact.
  • Partner with demand gen to design, execute, and measure campaigns across digital, events, and ABM.
  • Ensure data quality and governance, including database hygiene, enrichment, and segmentation.
  • Streamline campaign operations: calendars, workflows, templates, and process documentation.
  • Drive conversion optimization across landing pages, forms, nurture flows, and funnel stages.
  • Collaborate with finance and leadership on budget tracking and ROI measurement.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or demand gen operations in B2B SaaS (cybersecurity a plus).
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot (or Marketo/Pardot/Eloqua) and Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Proven track record in campaign measurement, attribution models, and funnel reporting.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinker with attention to detail — but also pragmatic in execution.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.
