Develop and lead bold, integrated creative campaigns from concept through launch and measurement. The role spans digital, social, video, OOH, events, partnerships, influencers, PR, and experiential activations. Responsibilities include creating briefs, managing creative partners, defining success metrics, analyzing engagement and pipeline impact, and experimenting with emerging formats and AI-powered workflows. Success requires strong creative judgment, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach to campaign performance and ROI.

Design and build backend services for AI security products using Node.js and TypeScript. Own features from requirements and architecture through implementation, delivery, and production quality. Collaborate with Product, Design, customers, and engineering teams; make architectural decisions in an evolving domain; and raise technical standards through reviews and design discussions. The role requires handling distributed systems, ambiguity, multiple stakeholders, and rapid product change, with AI technology adoption encouraged.

Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, lead lifecycle processes, campaign operations, attribution, reporting, data governance, and conversion optimization. Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, demand generation, finance, and leadership to improve funnel performance, measure campaign ROI, maintain data quality, and scale marketing processes in a B2B SaaS startup environment.

Design, build, and optimize scalable backend systems and APIs; collaborate on architecture; troubleshoot production issues; lead code reviews; mentor junior engineers; improve reliability, performance, and security of the platform.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across North America, driving renewals, retention, and account growth. Build executive relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, lead commercial negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and predictable revenue. Maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce and meet renewal and expansion targets.

Lead onboarding, training, and adoption for customers of a cybersecurity SaaS product. Act as trusted technical advisor, resolve issues, monitor usage, drive retention and upsell, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to improve customer outcomes.
