We're looking for our first Lifecycle Marketing Manager to architect and execute marketing programs across the customer journey. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and optimizing campaigns that drive conversion, retention, and monetization, leveraging product data at every step.

This is a high-ownership role for someone excited to experiment, move quickly, and make a visible impact across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Journey Management: Develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns—including email, in-product messaging, and triggered communications—to support user activation, feature adoption, retention, and account expansion.
  • Product Data Integration: Translate behavioural and product usage data (e.g., from Mixpanel) into targeted marketing actions using automation platforms like HubSpot.
  • Workflow Automation: Build and refine trigger-based workflows to address key lifecycle stages, ensuring timely and relevant communications that influence user behaviour and business outcomes.
  • User Engagement & Education: Identify key inflection points in the user journey and implement personalized campaigns that drive awareness, feature utilization, and upsell opportunities.
  • Performance Measurement: Own and analyze key lifecycle metrics like conversion, retention, and monetization. Regularly report on results and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Strategic Experimentation: Systematically test messaging, timing, segmentation, and channel strategies. Implement learnings quickly to accelerate improvements in lifecycle marketing performance.

Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, retention, or marketing automation, ideally within a SaaS or product-led growth environment.
  • Proven expertise in translating product usage data into effective marketing programs that move business metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and product analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mixpanel).
  • Demonstrated success designing, implementing, and optimizing automated lifecycle programs and sales email sequences.
  • Strong analytical skills; adept at using data to inform decision-making and measure results.
  • Excellent written communication skills and a strong understanding of message testing and optimization.
  • Deep interest in product-led software offerings and a solid grasp of how lifecycle marketing influences upsell and account expansion.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, building processes and programs from the ground up.
  • Thoughtful, opinionated perspective on when and how users should engage with product features and marketing collateral.

Benefits
  • Work at one of Canada’s fastest-growing AI start-ups
  • Work with a talented and passionate team
  • 4 weeks of vacation
  • Paid sick and parental leave
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, travel, and life insurance
  • Funding for education and skills improvement
  • Fully-stocked fridge and cupboard – we take snacks seriously
  • Your own desk – no ‘hot-desk’-style sign-up systems
  • A vibrant office community, including weekly socials
