Summary of Role
As Legal Counsel within our Manila-based Legal Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will act as a "bilingual" expert bridging the gap between traditional law and technology. - Train Global Teams: Develop and lead training sessions on contract management and negotiation best practices for our international service teams.
- Support In-House Legal: Manage our own client and supplier contracts, monitor compliance, and handle corporate governance matters.
