Overview 

As an International Data Strategy Analyst, you will support the execution of international data initiatives by enabling data-driven decision making, stakeholder alignment, operational readiness, and reporting excellence across global markets. 

Working closely with business and technical teams, you will help translate business needs into analytical solutions, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, monitor operational performance, and provide actionable insights through reporting and scorecards. 

This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to drive outcomes across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines business acumen, analytics expertise, operational rigor, and a passion for solving complex problems in a fast-paced global environment. 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

Analytics & Insights 

  • Leverage SQL to analyze fan, marketing, product, and operational datasets. 
  • Translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations. 
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making. 
  • Support KPI definition, metric standardization, and measurement frameworks. 
  • Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

Reporting & Scorecards 

  • Develop and maintain recurring business and operational scorecards. 
  • Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and reporting materials. 
  • Consolidate inputs from multiple teams into clear status updates and dashboards. 
  • Monitor performance trends and identify opportunities for optimization. 
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of reported metrics across stakeholders. 

Incident Management & Operational Readiness 

  • Support operational readiness and production support activities for data products and reporting solutions. 
  • Coordinate incident intake, prioritization, issue tracking, and resolution management. 
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams during issue resolution. 
  • Support root cause analysis efforts and drive follow-up actions. 
  • Maintain operational health dashboards, issue logs, and remediation trackers. 
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance stability and reliability. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Act as a liaison between business, product, engineering, analytics, operations, and external partners. 
  • Gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable analytical deliverables. 
  • Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines. 
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews. 
  • Drive accountability and follow-through across workstreams. 
Qualifications

Skills & Competencies 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, Marketing, Statistics, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, consulting, operations, program management, or related functions. 
  • 3+ years of hands-on SQL experience. 
  • Experience creating executive presentations, scorecards, and reporting deliverables. 
  • Experience working across business and technical teams. 
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into actionable solutions. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience supporting production operations, incident management, operational readiness, or go-live activities. 
  • Experience with customer, marketing, product, or operational analytics. 
  • Experience working with global teams and stakeholders. 
  • Exposure to data governance, metadata management, or data quality frameworks. 
  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar workflow management tools
