Analyze and operationalize consent and privacy-related data across its lifecycle. Use SQL for data profiling and anomaly detection, design consent-focused data models, support OneTrust and integrations with CRM/ESPs, enforce data governance and GDPR/CCPA compliance, monitor data quality, document lineage, and collaborate cross-functionally in Agile teams.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale analytics and data management programs: enforce delivery best practices, manage multi-workstream teams, liaise with senior stakeholders, ensure quality/performance on cloud data platforms, and drive account growth and talent development.

Design, build, and operate production-grade generative and agentic AI applications and services. Develop Python backend services, RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, LLM integrations, APIs, and cloud deployments. Implement observability, security, and engineering best practices while mentoring junior engineers and driving platform architecture decisions from prototype to production.

Manage end-to-end CRM lifecycle: campaign strategy, segmentation, build/deploy for outbound channels (email/SMS/push), A/B and multivariate testing, lifecycle optimization, performance measurement, and cross-functional collaboration to grow fan engagement and lifetime value.
