Intercompany Process Transformation Manager

The IC Process Transformation Manager plays a critical role in driving process excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement within the shared services organization. This role supports the development, implementation, and optimization of IC  processes, working closely with global process experts, leads, and business stakeholders.

A key focus is to ensure alignment with global standards, facilitate the transition to future-state service models, and contribute to major ERP transformation initiatives, such as SAP S/4HANA. The Transformation Manager enables consistency, efficiency, and performance through strong process governance, stakeholder engagement, and project support.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the  execution of Intercompany transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, and value realization targets.
  • Drive implementation in close collaboration with Finance, Tax, GBS, IT, and business teams.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and interdependencies across Intercompany initiatives.
  • Partner closely with E2E Intercompany Process Owners and Process Experts to execute initiatives defined in the Intercompany roadmap.
  • Ensure alignment between process design intent and execution outcomes across regions and entities.
  • Support prioritization and sequencing of initiatives based on business impact, risk, and feasibility.
  • Apply strong understanding of Intercompany processes within the broader E2E IC value chain (e.g., Record‑to‑Report, Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay) to ensure seamless integration.
  • Identify upstream and downstream impacts, ensuring consistency, scalability, and sustainability of solutions.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Tax, IT, GBS, and business units globally.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment and ensure commitment to delivery milestones and outcomes.
  • Facilitate decision‑making in a complex, matrixed, global environment.
  • Track progress through KPIs, milestones, and value realization metrics.
  • Ensure transparency through structured reporting and effective escalation management.
  • Develop and deliver high‑quality executive presentations on transformation progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Apply structured transformation and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean) to ensure disciplined execution.
  • Promote standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement across Intercompany processes.
  • Embed change management practices to ensure adoption and sustainability of implemented initiatives.

This person will work closely with the following internally :

  • Local COEs and Business Stakeholders
  • Intercompany Process Experts
  • E2E Intercompany Process Experts
  • Finance (Accounting, Controlling, Treasury)
  • Tax & Transfer Pricing
  • IT / Digital Transformation Teams
  • GBS Operations

This person will work closely with the following externally:

  • ERP solution providers (e.g., SAP/S4HANA)
  • Intercompany reconciliation, billing, and settlement solution vendors
  • Automation and implementation partners

Key Performance Indicators

  • Measurable value realization from Intercompany transformation initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Masters/bachelor’s degree in finance
  • Experience working in global GBS or shared‑service environments in a global process organization is preferred
  • 7+ years of proven experience leading and delivering large‑scale transformation programs within Finance and Intercompany environments
  • Strong understanding of global Intercompany processes, accounting principles, and control
  • Proven track record in process transformation, program management, and business implementation
  • Ability to translate business challenges into process, digital, and operational solutions
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and leading cross‑functional initiatives in global environments
  • Familiarity with ERP‑driven transformations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
  • Strong knowledge of transformation methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
  • Excellent English communication, influencing, and problem‑solving skill
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA) and Intercompany‑related solution
  • Familiarity with process mining tools (e.g. Celonis, Signavio), workflow platforms, and automation solutions.
  • Power BI, Power Query, Advance Excel
  • Willing to travel as needed, with estimated travel requirements of up to 20%
  • Amenable to three days onsite in BGC, Taguig.
