Who You Are
  • A strong and established network of relationships within enterprise fintech companies, payment platforms, or fintech-focused VCs

  • 8-10 years of professional experience within the fintech ecosystem, ideally in product, sales, venture capital, or partnerships

  • A natural networker with a demonstrated passion for building meaningful connections and driving business growth

  • Sales experience or partnerships background working with financial services companies or fintech platforms

  • A scrappy and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

  • A low-ego, hungry attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow

  • A love for being social, attending events and conferences

What You'll Do
  • Actively leverage your existing network within the fintech ecosystem to identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Drive the full sales cycle, from initial contact through closing new business deals

  • Develop and execute proactive outreach strategies to build relationships and generate qualified leads

  • Scrappily identify and engage with potential partners and clients who can benefit from our fintech solutions

  • Collaborate with our technical and product teams to understand our offerings and effectively communicate their benefits

  • Contribute to our overall business development strategy with insights gained from your network and market interactions

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and undertake city visits to continuously expand your network and identify new prospects

  • Maintain meticulous records of networking and sales activities in our CRM systems

Nice to Have
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales or account management role

  • Familiarity with SaaS or platform business models

  • A track record of contributing to business growth through strategic networking

  • Experience working with payment platforms, payment methods, or API-first organizations

  • Knowledge of the fintech regulatory landscape and how it impacts partnerships

  • Experience scoping and structuring partnerships with technology companies

  • Willingness and enthusiasm for travel to industry events and client meetings
