What if every event you delivered became a catalyst for meaningful customer conversations and pipeline growth? As our Global Events Manager, you'll own Coveo's flagship tradeshow strategy, leading world-class experiences that connect our brand with enterprise buyers around the globe.

You'll collaborate with passionate teams across Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Operations while bringing innovative event experiences to life. If you thrive on balancing strategy with flawless execution, this role is for you.

As our Global Events Manager, you will:

  • Own Coveo's global tradeshow strategy, evaluating and managing a portfolio of industry events that support business objectives and demand generation.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of approximately four major global tradeshows per quarter, from sponsorship and logistics to onsite delivery and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage the global events budget, event-sourced pipeline targets, and return on investment (ROI) forecasts while measuring performance against business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning with Marketing, Sales, Creative, Marketing Operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and clear accountability.
  • Partner with Creative and external suppliers to deliver engaging, on-brand booth experiences, including signage, activations, promotional items, and staff apparel.
  • Oversee lead capture processes, event documentation, operational standards, and continuous improvements across the global events program.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience measuring event performance, pipeline contribution, and return on investment using data to guide decisions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to support key global events.

What will make you stand out:

  • Experience working in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) or technology environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills managing vendors, sponsorships, and event contracts.
  • A creative mindset for designing memorable brand experiences that engage enterprise audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple regions and time zones.
