Mettez votre talent en lumière 
Sous la supervision du responsable des gradins et des structures modulaires, au sein du département des services techniques, vous serez chargé(e) de planifier et de suivre les différents projets placés sous votre responsabilité, ainsi que de veiller à ce que le travail des prestataires réponde aux attentes de l'organisation (en termes de contenu, de calendrier, de budget et de qualité) et soit conforme aux accords de niveau de service. 
 
 
Principales responsabilités :
  • Gérer et coordonner les ressources du projet (humaines, matérielles et financières) dans le respect des délais et du budget définis, afin d’atteindre les objectifs fixés.
  • Planifier, gérer et assurer le suivi des projets qui lui sont confiés, tout en veillant à ce qu’ils répondent aux besoins des clients internes ainsi qu’aux normes, délais et budgets établis.
  • Établir des plans d’action et des calendriers ; veiller à l’organisation logistique en mobilisant des ressources internes et externes.
  • Gérer les performances des fournisseurs impliqués dans le projet.
  • Rechercher et proposer des techniques, des matériaux ou de nouvelles méthodes susceptibles d’optimiser les résultats du projet ou de résoudre des problèmes.
  • Élaborer des directives et des procédures relatives à l’utilisation, à l’entretien et à la maintenance du matériel de tournée comprenant des éléments de plomberie
  • Coordonner la communication avec les parties prenantes du projet et rendre compte de son avancement.
 
 
Vous possédez les compétences professionnelles et techniques suivantes :
  • Quatre à six ans d’expérience en gestion de projet, y compris une expérience dans le cadre de tournées (un atout).
  • Connaissances générales dans les domaines suivants : plomberie, menuiserie et soudure/structures métalliques.
  • Connaissances de base en électricité.
  • Maîtrise de la rédaction de manuels et de procédures.
  • Bonne compréhension des aspects techniques généraux.
  • Maîtrise des applications Microsoft.
  • La connaissance d’AutoCAD et de SolidWorks est un atout.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la prise de décision.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles, excellent esprit d’initiative et grande autonomie.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
  • Disponibilité et autorisation pour voyager à l’international.
  • La possession d’un permis de conduire valide et l’accès à une voiture constituent un atout.
  • Un diplôme en gestion de projet constitue un atout.

Project Manager – Seating & Modular Structures

Put your expertise in the spotlight
Under the supervision of the Manager – Grandstand and Modular Structures, under Technical Services department, you will have to plan and monitor the various projects under your responsibility and ensure that the work of service providers meets the organization's expectations (in terms of content, schedule, budget and quality), and complies with service level agreements. 
 
 
Main responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate project resources (human, material and financial) within the defined time and budget conditions, in order to achieve the established objectives. 
  • Plan, manage and follow up on assigned projects, in addition to ensuring that they meet the needs of internal customers as well as established standards, deadlines and budgets. 
  • Establish action plans and timelines; see to the organization of logistics with internal and external resources. 
  • Manage the performance of suppliers related to the project. 
  • Research and propose techniques, materials or new methods that can optimize project results or solve problems. 
  • Issuing guidelines and procedures for the use, upkeep, and maintenance of touring equipment with plumbing elements 
  • Coordinate communications to project stakeholders and report on their progress. 
 
 
You possess the following professional and technical skills:
  • Four to six years of experience in project management, including experience working in a touring show environment (an asset). 
  • General knowledge in the following areas: plumbing, carpentry, and welding/metal structures. 
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems. 
  • Proficiency in writing manuals and procedures. 
  • Good understanding of general technical aspects. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications in the Windows environment. 
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks is an asset. 
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent initiative, and high autonomy. 
  • Proficiency in French and English, both orally and in writing. 
  • Availability and authorization for international travel. 
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a car is an asset. 
  • Project management diploma is an asset.
