Lead internal communications strategy and execution: advise executives, produce diverse internal content (memos, videos, newsletters, Workplace posts, Canva visuals), run ad hoc projects, improve channels, and design large-scale employee events to support business objectives and employee experience.

Leads the end-to-end development of consumer merchandise from concept through production. Coordinates vendors, samples, approvals, timelines, costs, documentation, creative direction, quality standards, merchandising toolkits, line sheets, visual plans, launches, and new store or show rollouts.
