Sommaire du poste:

Le ou la gestionnaire de comptes associé bilingue, Marché hospitalier, est responsable de la croissance des ventes et des marges au sein des comptes clients identifiés dans le territoire assigné.  Ce rôle exigera une combinaison d’engagement direct avec les clients en personne avec des visites sur place et par téléphone/courriel pour développer et soutenir une base existante de produits Medline auprès d’une clientèle existante.

Responsabilités:

  • Analyser et élaborer un plan d’affaires stratégique pour les clients ciblés avec le directeur régional des ventes
  • Participer à l’élaboration des plans de vente annuels pour les clients combinés identifiés dans les listes de comptes
  • Atteindre les objectifs de ventes et de marge pour l’ensemble des comptes désignés comme « territoire de Montréal »
  • Aider à l’élaboration de plans de comptes pour les comptes importants du territoire.
  • Maintenir et accroître les connaissances sur les produits pour soutenir les lancements de produits Medline
  • Offrir des séances de formation sur les produits ou des services internes, au besoin, afin de favoriser l’adoption des NOUVEAUX produits Medline chez les clients.
  • Assurer la liaison avec le service à la clientèle de Medline et d’autres services internes, et les aider à simplifier l’exécution des commandes.
  • Participer et présenter lors de réunions de vente, de conférences ou de présentations aux clients.
  • Contribuer à l’élaboration de nouveaux programmes et outils pour améliorer la mise en œuvre et la durabilité des comptes
  • Accomplir d’autres tâches au besoin.

Qualifications:

  • 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en vente, de préférence dans le domaine des soins de santé
  • Diplôme ou études en affaires
  • Solide sens des affaires et de la vente avec des compétences analytiques
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite, avec une expérience directe en consultation auprès des clients et des parties prenantes internes
  • La connaissance des systèmes SAP, d’Excel et des systèmes de GRC (comme Salesforce) est un atout.
  • Étant donné l’étendue des responsabilités du rôle et/ou étant donné la structure organisationnelle, ce poste requiert des compétences linguistiques avancées en français et en anglais (Bilingue).

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$60,100.00 - $90,100.00 Annual

English is required due to the scope of the role.
