Job Description

Love fashion, digital and keeping things moving behind the scenes? We’re looking for an E-commerce Coordinator to help bring our online campaigns and initiatives to life.

In this role, you’ll be at the centre of the action — coordinating with different teams, keeping projects on track and making sure everything comes together at the right time.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate the day-to-day execution of e-commerce initiatives, campaigns and promotions.
• Manage timelines, follow-ups and deliverables to keep projects moving and launches on track.
• Coordinate digital assets, copy, translations and other content needed for online campaigns.
• Work closely with Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, Merchandising and other partners to make sure everyone is aligned.
• Prepare briefs and coordinate requests with internal teams.
• Track approvals and ensure final assets and content are delivered on time.
• Support the execution of seasonal campaigns, promotions and key business moments.
• Help coordinate updates and changes across digital touchpoints.
• Perform quality checks before launches to make sure everything is accurate and ready to go.
• Keep calendars, trackers and project documentation organized and up to date.
• Jump in on special projects and support the team wherever needed.

Qualifications

What you bring

• College or university degree in a related field of study.
• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, project coordination or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bilingual in French and English to effectively collaborate with teams and partners across Canada.
• An interest in fashion, digital and e-commerce — and a willingness to learn!
