Performs end-to-end document management activities ensuring compliance with standards and safeguarding the integrity of critical documentation.

  • Executes on updated core document management processes defined to create efficiencies and operational performance.
  • Advises and guides on sales legal documentation to clients and internal partners.
  • Manages the document database and mitigates risks within document management processes to protect the integrity of all critical documentation.
  • Supports in formulating and updating document retention guidelines and policies in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Drafts reports on document management metrics and operational performance.
  • Prepares necessary documentation for audits, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Analyses higher-risk client requests, verifying proper authorizations for a seamless and secure process.
  • Executes change management initiatives to ensure adoption of anticipated process improvements.
  • Manages end-to-end document workflows for deposit accounts, client onboarding and treasury services, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Ensures completeness and correctness of account documentation, adhering to specified formats and regulatory requirements.
  • Organizes, secures, and mitigate risks in document processes while maintaining integrity and compliance.
  • Ensures accuracy in documentation, prepares audit materials, and mitigates risks in document management.

  • Take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying our Risk Management Framework in the execution of your role, in line with our Risk Culture and within our approved Risk Appetite, making sound and risk informed decisions that align to business strategy, protect assets, and adhere to applicable policy documents (Frameworks, Policies, Standards, Procedures and Supporting documents), laws and regulations.

    Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in accounts documentation, or financial operations in a corporate or banking environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
  • Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.

You’re fluent in French and English as this role provides support to clients and team members inside and/or outside the province of Quebec.

Salary:

$45,500.00 - $84,500.00

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
