TON QUOTIDIEN

  • Identifier et prioriser les comptes à fort potentiel en fonction des segments cibles, des signaux d’affaires et de l’adéquation avec l’expertise de Mirego.
  • Qualifier les prospects en évaluant leurs besoins et la façon dont Mirego peut leur apporter une réelle valeur, tout en maintenant un volume élevé d'activités de prospection.
  • Documenter toutes les interactions dans le CRM pour garantir un suivi rigoureux et efficace.
  • Suivre les KPIs établis (ex. : nombre d'appels, taux de conversion des leads, etc.) et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de prospection.
  • Suivre et analyser la performance des campagnes de prospection et partager des recommandations concrètes afin d’optimiser les résultats.
  • Représenter Mirego lors d'événements, conférences et/ou webinaires pour établir des connexions et renforcer la notoriété de la marque.

CE QU'IL TE FAUT

  • Tu as au moins 5 ans d'expérience en développement des affaires, prospection ou ventes dans le domaine des services numériques.
  • Tu es à l'aise pour te déplacer régulièrement à nos bureaux de Montréal ou chez nos clients.
  • Tu comprends les écosystèmes numériques ainsi que les différentes plateformes web et mobiles ainsi que leurs contraintes.
  • Tu as d’excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, tant en français qu’en anglais.
  • Tu es capable d’établir des relations de confiance rapidement et de détecter les opportunités d'affaires.
  • Tu es orienté vers les résultats avec une capacité démontrée à atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de prospection.
  • Tu as travaillé avec des outils CRM (ex. : HubSpot) et tu maîtrises des plateformes de prospection comme LinkedIn.
  • Tu sais analyser des données de marché et adapter tes messages en fonction des segments cibles.
  • Tu gères un volume élevé d'activités de prospection sans jamais sacrifier la qualité.

Business Development Representative
At the core of Mirego's growth, you identify and qualify high-potential sales opportunities, build authentic relationships, and clearly communicate the value of what Mirego creates. Your primary objective is to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team by deeply understanding potential clients' needs and aligning those needs with Mirego's service offerings.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts based on target segments, business signals, and alignment with Mirego's expertise.
- Qualify leads by thoroughly assessing their needs and demonstrating how Mirego can provide real value, all while maintaining high levels of prospecting activity.
- Document all interactions in the CRM to ensure rigorous and effective follow-up.
- Monitor established KPIs (e.g., number of calls, lead conversion rates, etc.) and contribute to the continuous improvement of prospecting processes.
- Track and analyze the performance of prospecting campaigns and share concrete recommendations to optimize results.
- Represent Mirego at events, conferences, and/or webinars to build connections and enhance brand visibility.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, prospecting, or sales within the digital services sector.
- You are comfortable travelling regularly to our Montreal offices or to client sites.
- You understand digital ecosystems as well as the various web and mobile platforms and their constraints.
- You have excellent oral and written proficiency in both French and English.
- You are able to quickly establish trust-based relationships and identify business opportunities.
- You are results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed prospecting targets.
- You have worked with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and are proficient with prospecting platforms like LinkedIn.
- You know how to analyze market data and adapt your messaging based on target segments.
- You manage a high volume of prospecting activities without ever sacrificing quality.
