Fullstack developer building web applications and cloud-native services. Contributes to architecture, implements front-end and back-end features, supports CI/CD, deployment, observability and secrets management, collaborates with UX/UI, engages clients, and uses AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and quality.

Manage and grow existing client relationships in the Greater Montreal area, align client business goals with digital services, ensure project profitability, collaborate with design and delivery teams, and lead strategic initiatives and client-facing events to strengthen long-term partnerships.

Lead and support cross-functional teams to deliver digital projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban/XP). Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality; run estimations, facilitation, reporting, and continuous improvement; foster team health and evolve Agile practices.

Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts, prospect and qualify leads, document interactions in the CRM, monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, make recommendations to improve prospecting, and represent Mirego at events to build brand visibility.

Conceive, prototype and deploy production-grade AI solutions (agentic systems, RAG, extraction/classification pipelines) using LLMs and modern frameworks. Lead projects end-to-end, implement monitoring, cost, security and reliability controls, collaborate with design/product teams, explain AI trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders, and maintain continuous research and knowledge sharing.

Design and deliver world-class cross-platform iOS and Android apps using React Native or Kotlin Multiplatform. Participate in agile ceremonies, collaborate with UX/UI and clients, propose improvements, and use AI-assisted tools responsibly to boost productivity and code quality.

Lead qualitative and quantitative product research to inform product decisions. Design research plans, run interviews and surveys, build dashboards, analyze activation/adoption/engagement/retention/conversion, surface actionable insights, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering. Manage research scope, budget, and stakeholder communication.

Conceive, build and operate cloud-native back-end services and infrastructure. Own DevOps end-to-end (CI/CD, IaC, observability, security, secrets management), collaborate in agile teams, propose improvements, use AI-assisted tools responsibly, and communicate technical solutions to clients.

Lead client relationships and product vision, manage product backlog and cross-functional teams, collaborate with design and engineering, analyze issues and metrics, make product decisions, and travel regularly to client and company offices.
