Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Directeur adjoint, infrastructures et applicatifs basé au siège social dans l’Est de Montréal (métro Assomption).
Description du posteÀ ce poste, vous assurez la gestion opérationnelle des activités de notre équipe des infrastructures informatiques.
Vos responsabilités :
- Piloter les opérations quotidiennes des infrastructures, systèmes et applicatifs, incluant une implication forte lors des escalades et incidents majeurs;
- Coordonner les équipes afin d'assurer la stabilité des infrastructures TI du groupe en tout temps, incluant la sauvegarde, la supervision et la performance;
- Participer activement à la gestion des changements afin de préserver la qualité et la traçabilité;
- Anticiper les risques opérationnels et mettre en place des plans de mitigation et de continuité;
- Garantir la mise à jour de la documentation et des standards technologiques, incluant l'automatisation.
- Diplôme en Technologies de l’information ou toute formation équivalente;
- 7 ans et plus d’expérience en gestion d'équipe;
- 5 ans et plus d'expérience en infrastructure TI;
- Fortes aptitudes en communication claire et gestion des attentes;
- Très bonne connaissance technique de l’environnement Microsoft et de la réseautique.
