As our Ecommerce Product Manager, you aren't just managing a backlog; you are defining the digital experience that drives revenue. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and commercial strategy, ensuring every feature we build optimizes the customer journey from discovery to checkout.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Own the end-to-end digital funnel; identify friction points in the user journey and implement data-driven solutions to increase "Visit-to-Cart" and "Checkout" success rates..
Agile Squad Leadership: Act as the strategic "bridge" between technical squads and business stakeholders, translating high-level commercial goals into actionable, high-value user stories.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
Cross-Functional Growth Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing and Growth teams to align product features with promotional calendars, referral programs, and SEO/SEM strategies.
Product Discovery & User Research: Lead continuous discovery sessions to validate new features through rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and direct user feedback before full-scale development.
Stakeholder Influence: Help the PO to present clear, data-backed business cases for new initiatives, ensuring alignment between technical feasibility and commercial ROI.
Maintain a prioritized product backlog of user stories and features
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Strategic Ecommerce Acumen: Proven ability to translate high-level business goals (e.g., Customer Acquisition Cost, Lifetime Value, Conversion Rate) into a cohesive product roadmap.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Expert-level analytical skills with the ability to move beyond "reporting" to "storytelling"—deriving actionable insights from GA4, Tableau, or similar product analytics tools.
Commercial Growth Mindset: Deep understanding of the D2C landscape, including checkout optimization, subscription models, and digital payment ecosystems.
Customer-Centric UX Strategy: Passion for the "Digital Shelf," with experience using A/B testing, heatmapping, and user research to eliminate friction in the purchase funnel.
Influential Communication: Ability to articulate the "Why" behind product decisions to executive stakeholders, balancing technical constraints with commercial opportunities.
Agile Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional squads (Dev, Design, Marketing) in a fast-paced environment where speed-to-market is a competitive advantage.
Proactive Problem Solver: A self-starter who identifies market gaps and technical bottlenecks before they impact the bottom line.
Market Adaptability: Experience or strong interest in tailoring digital experiences specifically for the US consumer's unique expectations and behaviors an asset
Bilingualism is required. The employee will collaborate with stakeholder outside of Quebec.
Experience in telecoms an asset
WORK EXPERIENCE & ACADEMIC
Academic Training: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (with a digital focus), E-commerce, Business Administration, or Computer Science. An MBA or specialized certification in Product Management is a significant plus.
Proven Track Record: 4+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within Ecommerce, D2C, or Digital-First brands. * Tech Stack Proficiency: Mastery of Agile tools (Jira/Confluence) and a solid understanding of how APIs and modern MarTech stacks (CDPs, ESPs) integrate into the product experience.
Telecom/Subscription Experience: Prior experience in high-volume subscription models or the telecom industry is an asset but not required for a candidate with strong strategic ecommerce bones.
