Le/la coordonnateur(trice) administratif(ve) et conformité RH fournit un soutien administratif et en matière de conformité aux activités des ressources humaines à travers le Canada et les États‑Unis. Le rôle appuie la gestion des données RH, la documentation, les processus d’intégration et de départ des employés, l’administration des politiques ainsi que le soutien en matière de conformité Santé et sécurité. Relevant du/de la gestionnaire des ressources humaines, ce poste veille à ce que les activités RH soient exactes, cohérentes et réalisées dans les délais à l’échelle des sites nord‑américains.

Responsabilités:

  • Administration RH : Fournir un soutien administratif et en matière de conformité aux processus RH au Canada et aux États‑Unis; soutenir l’application uniforme des procédures RH et signaler les enjeux au besoin.
  • Systèmes RH et données : Maintenir et mettre à jour les données des employés dans Dynamics 365 (D365); s’assurer que les dossiers RH sont exacts, complets et à jour; appuyer les rapports, les audits et la documentation liée à la conformité.
  • Documentation RH : Préparer et maintenir la documentation RH (embauches, cessations d’emploi, lettres aux employés, SOP); assurer un classement adéquat et le contrôle des versions.
  • Intégration et départ des employés : Coordonner les processus d’intégration et de départ à l’aide de listes de vérification établies; assurer le suivi des étapes, la mise à jour des dossiers et la coordination des accès aux systèmes.
  • Sites SharePoint internes : Soutenir le contenu RH sur les sites SharePoint internes; maintenir et mettre à jour l’information RH afin d’en assurer l’exactitude et la cohérence; agir à titre de personne‑ressource clé pour les mises à jour de contenu RH et coordonner les changements à l’échelle de l’entreprise.
  • Politiques et conformité : Appuyer la révision, la mise à jour, le suivi et la communication des politiques RH.
  • Santé et sécurité : Soutenir les activités administratives et de conformité en matière de santé et sécurité dans l’ensemble des sites nord‑américains de Delmar; aider à la coordination des formations obligatoires; veiller à ce que la documentation relative aux installations soit à jour.
  • Projets : Fournir un soutien administratif pour divers projets RH et initiatives d’amélioration des processus.

Mandate:

The HR Administrative & Compliance Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and compliance support to Human Resources across Canada and the United States. The role supports HR data management, documentation, onboarding and offboarding, policy administration, and Health & Safety compliance support. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position ensures HR activities are accurate, consistent, and executed in a timely manner across North American locations. 

Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration: Provide administrative and compliance support for HR processes across Canada and the United States; support the consistent application of HR procedures and escalate questions, discrepencies and issues as required.
  • HR Systems & Data: Maintain and update employee data in Dynamics 365 (D365); ensure HR records are accurate, complete, and up to date; support reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.
  • HR Documentation: Prepare and maintain HR documentation (hiring, terminations, employee letters, SOPs); ensure proper filing and version control.
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes using established checklists; follow up on completion of steps, update records, and coordinate system access.
  • Internal SharePoint Sites: Support HR content on internal SharePoint sites; maintain and update HR information to ensure accuracy and consistency; act as a key contact for HR content updates and coordinate company‑wide changes.
  • Policies & Compliance: Support the review, updating, tracking, and communication of HR policies.
  • Health & Safety: Support administrative and compliance activities related to Health & Safety across all Delmar North American locations; track mandatory training completions and maintain related records
  • Projects: Provide administrative support for various HR projects and process updates, as assigned
