Design-driven Brand Coordinator responsible for creating digital and campaign visuals, maintaining global brand consistency, producing brand templates, supporting the Senior Manager, and using Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro and AI tools to deliver pixel-perfect assets across channels.

Conceptualize and execute high-impact visual assets for campaigns and digital platforms, translate briefs into brand-consistent designs, create templates and website assets, ensure pixel-perfect execution, support the Senior Manager, and help evolve and maintain the global visual identity.

Support daily logistics operations by tracking shipments, scheduling pickups/deliveries, updating client portal systems, providing real-time shipment updates, communicating with carriers, escalating unresolved issues, and performing administrative tasks to ensure timely, accurate movement of goods.

Responsible for accounts payable and receivable for an international portfolio: verify invoices, prepare payments, reconcile statements, enforce payment terms, and collect overdue balances.
