Le/la coordonnateur(trice) marketing sera un membre clé de l’équipe du Studio Marketing canadien, principalement pour soutenir l’équipe de courtage ainsi que d’autres projets de lignes de services et demandes marketing. Vous jouerez un rôle important dans le développement et la mise en œuvre des activités marketing quotidiennes et du contenu. En tant que coordonnateur(trice) marketing, vous serez responsable du soutien à la création de campagnes de marketing immobilier, de projets marketing, de demandes marketing ponctuelles, de présentations, d’événements clients, de tâches administratives et de certains travaux de conception.
Vous contribuerez au succès de l’équipe marketing en participant à l’ensemble du cycle de projet, de l’idéation et la planification jusqu’à l’exécution, la production et la livraison finale, tout en assurant une communication efficace entre l’équipe et les parties prenantes, ainsi que le respect des budgets et des échéanciers.

Assister l’équipe marketing et les responsables marketing des lignes de services dans la gestion de projets et l’exécution de programmes de marketing immobilier de petite à moyenne envergure.
Participer au développement, à la mise en œuvre et à l’exécution de stratégies marketing de projets soutenant les objectifs d’affaires (p. ex. matériel de marketing immobilier), tout en assurant la qualité, l’intégrité de la marque et le respect des délais de livraison.
Collaborer avec les spécialistes en projet immobilier et les courtiers pour l’exécution des campagnes marketing et coordonner les réunions de suivi entre l’équipe marketing, les courtiers et les spécialistes en projet immobilier relativement aux campagnes marketing des propriétés inscrites.
Coordonner les échéances liées aux projets marketing et aux événements clients et veiller à leur respect.
Coordonner efficacement la promotion et la mise à jour des communications internes en continu : écrans numériques, affiches, murs de reconnaissance, affichages dans le hall, blogue interne et envois courriel, lorsque applicable.
Agir comme liaison avec les Services administratifs pour les demandes d’affichage et collaborer avec les designers pour produire les visuels. Servir également de soutien à l’équipe des Services administratifs pour les demandes standards d’affichage.
Gérer et maintenir le dossier de ressources du département (p. ex. ressources globales).
Une expérience avec un outil de gestion de projet et de suivi du temps, particulièrement Asana, est considérée comme un atout.
Maintenir une liste des fournisseurs privilégiés, de leurs services et de leurs capacités. Obtenir des soumissions et trouver de nouveaux fournisseurs au besoin.
Agir comme premier point de contact et gérer/coordonner les demandes ponctuelles dans le système de réception des demandes.
Créer du contenu et des communications pour le marketing immobilier ou les documents promotionnels de courtage (p. ex. vidéos Vimeo).
Fournir un soutien pour la facturation et la gestion des fournisseurs, en assurant le suivi des factures pour les services rendus et le respect des échéanciers.
Gérer et maintenir le calendrier média, coordonner la production et la réservation des publicités imprimées et des annonces numériques (LoopNet).
Effectuer le suivi et la maintenance des espaces Matterport (désactivations, organisation et classement des espaces) en collaboration avec les bureaux locaux à l’échelle nationale.
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe demandée.
Ce que vous apporterez
1 à 2 ans d’expérience en marketing, idéalement dans le secteur de l’immobilier.
Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais
Bonne compréhension des plateformes de publicité numérique et imprimée.
Excellentes compétences en organisation, gestion du temps et établissement des priorités, avec la capacité de travailler sous pression et de respecter les échéances.
Compétences en gestion de projet et expérience avec un outil de gestion de projet (Asana), un atout.
Connaissance de base de la suite Adobe Creative Suite, particulièrement Photoshop et InDesign.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite.
Excellentes compétences en présentation et en prise de parole en public.

About the role
The Marketing Coordinator will be a key member of the Canadian Marketing Studio team to primarily support brokerage and assist with other service line projects and marketing requests. You will play an important role in the development and implementation of day-to-day marketing activities and content. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the creation of property marketing campaigns, marketing projects, general ad-hoc marketing requests, presentations, client events, administration, and some design work.
You will contribute to the success of the marketing team by being involved in the full project cycle from ideation, planning, execution, production, and final deliverable, ensuring strong communication between the team and stakeholders throughout, and meeting budget and timelines.
In this role, you will...
Assist marketing team and service line marketing leads with the project management and execution of small to medium scale property marketing programs.
Assist with the development, implementation, and execution of project marketing strategies that support business objectives (eg. property marketing materials) – while ensuring quality, brand integrity and timeliness of those deliverables.
Liaise with Brokerage Operations Specialists and Brokers on marketing campaign execution and coordinate status meetings between Marketing Team, Brokers, and Brokerage Operations Specialists as it relates to the marketing campaign for listing(s).
Coordinate and meet deadlines as they relate to marketing projects and client events.
Effectively coordinate the promotion and updating of ongoing internal communications: flatscreens, posters, walls of fame, lobby displays, internal blog, and eblasts where applicable.
Liaison with Business Services on signage requests and working with designers to produce artwork. Acting as backfill for Business Services team for standard sign requests. s.
Manage and maintain department resource folder (ie. Overall Assets).
Experience with project management tool and time tracking, particularly Asana is an asset.
Maintain list of all preferred vendors and their services and capabilities. Sourcing quotes and new vendors where necessary
Act as first point of contact and manage/coordinate one off requests in intake system.
Content creation and communications for property marketing or brokerage collateral (e.g Vimeo videos).
Provide support with invoicing and vendor management, ensuring follow-through on invoice for services rendered and that timelines are being met.
Manage and maintain the Media Calendar, coordinate the production and booking of print ads, and digital listings (LoopNet).
Tracking and maintenance of Matterport spaces (deactivations, organizing and filing spaces), collaborating with local offices nationally.
Other duties as requested.
What you'll bring
1 to 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in the real estate industry.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and written, in French and English
Strong understanding of digital and print advertising platforms
Exceptional organization, time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and ensure deadlines are met.
Project management skill and experience using a project management tool (Asana) an asset.
Basic knowledge of Adobe’s Creative Suite products, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.
Superb verbal and written communication skills.
Possesses strong presentation and public speaking skills.
