RESPONSABILITÉS

    • Tu conçois et produis des analyses financières et opérationnelles qui te permettent de soutenir la direction dans l'interprétation de l'information financière à l'appui des décisions stratégiques.

    • Tu analyses la rentabilité par mandat, par client et par équipe et produis les analyses de coûts et de marges qui soutiennent les décisions de pricing.

    • Tu conçois, produis et maintiens les KPI et tableaux de bord de l'organisation, en assurant la fiabilité et la cohérence des données.

    • Tu administres les systèmes financiers, déploies de nouveaux outils technologiques et mènes des projets d'amélioration et d'automatisation, y compris ceux qui font appel à l'intelligence artificielle.

    • Tu soutiens la clôture mensuelle et l'analyse des écarts en appui aux états financiers de fin de mois.

    • Tu participes à l'élaboration du budget et du forecast et tu contribues à la mise à jour régulière des prévisions financières.

    • Tu collabores à la supervision des contrats, la conformité légale et l'encadrement de l'équipe finance.

CE QU'IL TE FAUT

    • Tu détiens le titre comptable CPA ainsi que 5 à 7 ans d'expérience pertinente.

    • Tu maîtrises le cycle comptable complet.

    • Tu as de fortes habiletés d'analyse et un bon esprit de synthèse qui te permettent de traduire des données complexes en recommandations claires.

    • Tu es rigoureux·se, autonome et tu portes une grande attention aux détails.

    • Tu maîtrises les outils technologiques et tu es curieux·se à leur sujet, que ce soit Zoho Analytics, Power BI ou les LLM.

    • Ton intérêt pour l'IA appliquée à la finance est un atout.

    • Tu démontres du leadership, la capacité d'encadrer une équipe et d’assurer l’intérim de la direction financière. 

    • Tu as de l’expérience dans une entreprise de services ou en technologie, un atout.

Financial Controller
As a Financial Controller, you ensure the rigor, reliability and continuous improvement of the financial information used for decision-making. You act as a business partner to the teams, translating financial data into clear, actionable insights that shed light on profitability, margins and costs. You seize every opportunity to modernize the way the finance function works, leveraging technology and artificial intelligence to simplify your team's work. You know your success is measured by financial information that is more reliable and available more quickly, by profitability that is better understood and better tracked, and by a team that enthusiastically embraces new tools. This role is for you if you want to grow with the finance function and eventually take on greater responsibilities in an evolving business environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You design and produce financial and operational analyses that allow you to support leadership in interpreting financial information in support of strategic decisions.
- You analyze profitability by mandate, by client and by team, and produce the cost and margin analyses that support pricing decisions.
- You design, produce and maintain the organization's KPIs and dashboards, ensuring the reliability and consistency of the data.
- You administer the financial systems, deploy new technology tools and lead improvement and automation projects, including those that draw on artificial intelligence.
- You support the monthly close and variance analysis in support of month-end financial statements.
- You take part in building the budget and forecast, and contribute to regularly updating financial projections.
- You collaborate on contract oversight, legal compliance and mentoring the finance team.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You hold the CPA designation as well as 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- You have mastered the full accounting cycle.
- You have strong analytical skills and a good ability to synthesize, which allow you to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
- You are rigorous, autonomous and pay great attention to detail.
- You are proficient with technology tools and curious about them, whether Zoho Analytics, Power BI or LLMs.
- Your interest in AI applied to finance is an asset.
- You demonstrate leadership, the ability to mentor a team and to serve as interim finance director.
- Experience in a services or technology company is an asset.
