Manage Agile digital projects from planning through delivery, supporting teams, tracking progress, budgets, timelines, scope, risks, and quality. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, estimation, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement while communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership, communication, French and English proficiency, Agile methodology experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Tu soutiens l’équipe dans l’atteinte de ses objectifs et le respect de ses engagements;
- Tu assures et communiques le suivi du projet à l’équipe de réalisation, au client et à l’organisation;
- Tu participes à l'élaboration et assures le respect du plan de livraison;
- Tu contrôles l’utilisation du budget et en fais le suivi à l’interne comme auprès du client;
- Tu mesures le bonheur de l’équipe et veilles à l’amélioration continue de ses processus de travail;
- Tu facilites les différentes activités de réalisation de projets;
- Tu accompagnes l’équipe lors des activités d’estimation et veilles à l’utilisation des bonnes pratiques liées à celles-ci;
- Tu garantis la qualité des livrables en identifiant proactivement les risques, en accompagnant l'équipe dans la définition et le respect de ses critères de qualité;
- Tu contribues à faire évoluer la spécialité de gestion de projets agiles chez Mirego.
CE QU’IL TE FAUT
- Tu as de l’expérience en gestion de projets numériques et a participé à la livraison de multiples projets au cours des dernières années;
- Tu maîtrises l’anglais et le français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit afin de travailler avec nos clients;
- Tu as de l’expérience avec la méthodologie Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Xp, etc.);
- Tu es conscient·e que chaque projet est différent et adaptes ton approche en conséquence;
- Tu es à l’aise pour aborder les enjeux budgétaires avec un client;
- Tu gères plusieurs priorités en simultané sans perdre de vue l’essentiel;
- Tu tires parti des outils d'IA disponibles pour optimiser ton travail et celui de ton équipe;
- Tu as un sens du leadership naturel, un esprit rassembleur et d'excellentes aptitudes en communication.
Agile Project Manager

YOUR DAY TO DAY
- You support the team in achieving its goals and meeting its commitments.
- You ensure and communicate project progress updates to the delivery team, the client, and the organization.
- You participate in the development of the delivery plan and ensure it is followed.
- You monitor budget usage and report on it both internally and to the client.
- You foster a healthy team dynamic and support continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and feedback loops.
- You facilitate the various project delivery activities.
- You support the team during estimation activities and ensure the use of best practices related to them.
- You ensure the quality of deliverables by proactively identifying risks and supporting the team in defining and upholding its quality standards.
- You contribute to the evolution of the Agile project management practice at Mirego.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You have experience in digital project management and have contributed to the delivery of multiple projects over the past few years.
- You are proficient in both English and French, spoken and written, to work with our clients.
- You have experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.).
- You are aware that every project is different and adapt your approach accordingly.
- You are comfortable addressing budget-related issues with a client.
- You manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing sight of what matters most.
- You actively explore and integrate AI tools to optimize your work and that of your team.
- You have a natural sense of leadership, a unifying spirit, and excellent communication skills.
