CA Office Manager

Lead GitLab’s company-wide strategy for autonomous, agentic software development workflows. Identify and validate AI opportunities across the SDLC, build prototypes and reference architectures, establish evaluation frameworks and safety controls, and drive internal adoption. Partner across Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Security, Architecture, and Data and ML teams to scale reliable, observable, compliant agentic capabilities into customer-facing products. Mentor senior technical leaders and represent GitLab externally on AI-assisted development and productivity measurement.

Leads regional market access strategy for Quebec and Atlantic Canada at Pfizer. Builds relationships with public payers and health-system stakeholders, translates national reimbursement strategies into provincial plans, supports launches and negotiations, addresses access barriers, and provides regional insights to cross-functional teams. Requires expertise in Canadian reimbursement, health technology assessment, public drug programs, government policy, and payer engagement, along with bilingual French-English communication and regular travel.

Coordinate cross-functional product go-to-market programs from planning through launch, adoption, and optimization. Build project plans, operating mechanisms, launch documentation, feedback loops, status updates, and decision logs. Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Analytics, Finance, and leadership to align stakeholders, manage dependencies, identify blockers, and improve execution. Translate operational data and customer or field feedback into clear priorities and recommendations.
