Who will you work with?

You will also collaborate with the wider Finance and Accounting teams, IT, and the implementation specialists rolling out new budgeting and forecasting software, learning from peers across each group.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Support HR and Legal leaders with forecast updates, purchase and headcount approvals, and data reconciliations to keep operational plans on track
  • Assist other departments with forecasting and reconciliation work to keep reporting consistent across LastPass
  • Support implementation of new FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting software, working with Finance, Accounting, IT, and external partners to resolve issues and improve workflows
  • Gather business requirements from Finance stakeholders and translate them into system specifications
  • Validate data migrations, data mappings, and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Document current-state and future-state financial processes to guide system design
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve financial reporting efficiency
  • Prepare presentation materials and assist with ad-hoc strategic and operational projects for Finance leadership

What does it take to work at LastPass?
