What you will do• Work with product owners and senior engineers to implement features across the software development lifecycle (requirements → design → development → testing → deployment).• Write clean, maintainable code in Python or Java depending on the assigned project.• Develop and execute unit and integration tests; support QA activities.• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.• Troubleshoot and fix defects, support production incidents under guidance when required.• Help document system design, APIs, runbooks, and user guides.• Contribute to automation tasks: CI/CD pipelines, build scripts, and test automation where applicable.• Learn and apply modern development tools and frameworks (version control, containerization, databases, web frameworks).• Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions and actively pursue skill development and certifications.
Ideal candidate profile
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications, or a related field... Graduation in 2026/2025.• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year internship/project experience in software development. Internship experience with software projects or telecom/IT companies is a plus.• Basic practical experience in at least one programming language: Python or Java - comfort with one and willingness to learn the other.• Familiarity with object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.• Understanding RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and basic web technologies is advantageous.• Experience with Git or other version control systems.• Good problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and attention to detail.• Strong communication and teamwork orientation.• Willingness to learn quickly, take direction, and work in a fast-paced environment.• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, online course certificates) are a plus but not required.
