Description du poste

L’analyste d’affaires représente les utilisateurs dans différentes initiatives. Il est chargé d'identifier, de documenter et d'analyser les besoins afin de les convertir en solutions concrètes apportant de la valeur.

Responsabilités

  • Agir comme personne ressource auprès des utilisateurs; 

  • Comprendre, identifier et communiquer les enjeux d’affaires; 

  • Identifier des solutions innovatrices aux problématiques rencontrées de concert avec les concepteurs, les architectes et les développeurs; 

  • Effectuer la collecte et l’analyse des besoins des utilisateurs; 

  • Réaliser les analyses fonctionnelles, les analyses d’impact, les stratégies et plans de tests et de livraison des solutions; 

  • Effectuer les livraisons et accompagner les utilisateurs lors du déploiement;

  • Intégrer la rotation de support de jour. 

Qualifications

  • Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en technologie de l’information, informatique de gestion, ingénierie ou finance; 

  • Avoir un minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience récente dans la finance ou les risques; 

  • Connaissance des entrepôts de données et capacité à naviguer dans les données (bases de données, SQL, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, etc.); 

  • Compétences éprouvées en résolution de problèmes et en analyse; 

  • Capacité à synthétiser et simplifier des concepts complexes, un atout;  

  • Expérience dans un environnement Agile, requis; 

  • Bonne compréhension de l’organisation, des processus liés aux activités de calcul des risques et/ou modélisation des investissements, un atout;

  • Communications écrites et orales, en français et en anglais.  L'anglais est requis, le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients situés à l'extérieur du Québec.
