À titre de Coordinateur administratif, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement de nos opérations administratives en assurant la gestion efficace des documents entrants et sortants, en veillant à leur traitement, leur numérisation, leur classement et leur suivi avec précision et confidentialité. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l'organisation, votre proactivité et votre souci du détail? Ce rôle vous permettra d'évoluer dans un environnement structuré et stimulant où votre rigueur fera toute la différence.

Sous la responsabilité du gestionnaire des services internes, la personne effectue, de façon autonome, diverses tâches reliées au département :

Voici comment vous ferez une différence

  • Offrir un service à la clientèle de qualité;

  • Trier et distribuer le courrier;

  • Préparer et distribuer des fournitures de bureau;

  • Imprimer au moyen d'une imprimante Xerox;

  • Numériser le courrier;

  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches requises dans l'exercice de cette fonction.

Ce que vous apportez à l’équipe

  • Maîtrise fonctionnelle de l'anglais et des outils bureautiques (Word, Outlook, Google Workspace);

  • Autonomie, esprit d'équipe et sens aigu des responsabilités;

  • Enthousiasme, amabilité, dynamisme, professionnalisme et diplomatie;

  • Grande flexibilité : capable de travailler sous pression, d'adapter son horaire et de s'ajuster aux changements;

  • Excellente gestion des priorités et capacité à respecter des échéanciers serrés;

  • Polyvalence et mobilité : apte à se déplacer entre les étages, travailler debout et dans différents établissements du Centre-Ville;

  • Capacité physique à manipuler des charges jusqu'à 20 livres (9 kg).

À noter que l'emploi est en présentiel à notre bureau du 630 René Levesque, Montréal. horaire de travail du lundi au vendredi de 8h30 à 17h00.
