Develop and maintain secure, highly available public and private cloud infrastructure using automation, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, Puppet, and deployment pipelines. Responsibilities include cloud architecture, IAM, networking, scripting, containerization, monitoring, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, security collaboration, and on-call support. The role also mentors engineers, researches emerging technologies, and partners with DevOps and Basis teams to support cloud-based applications.

Provides L2 and L3 post-production support for SAP Vistex applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, requirements analysis, Vistex configuration, testing, solution documentation, SAP SD integration support, enhancement identification, and participation throughout design, go-live, and hypercare. The role requires independent issue resolution, functional consulting expertise, analytical and communication skills, and flexibility to travel and work across time zones.

Provide on-site and remote functional consulting for Vistex SAP add-on implementations across SSSA and North America. Lead full project deliverables including blueprints, workshops, configuration, testing and training. Advise customers on best practices, understand upstream/downstream process impacts (master data, sales, finance), and collaborate with offshore teams.
