The GTMS Functional Consultant Support provides L2 and L3 level post-production support for SAP Vistex applications, ensuring stable system operation through troubleshooting, maintenance, and change request implementation. This role combines functional and technical expertise to analyze complex issues, deliver enhancements, and support business continuity across customer environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide post-production consulting and L2/L3 support for Vistex application
  • Gather and analyze client requirements related to SAP Vistex components.
  • Configure Vistex modules and perform testing activities across multiple scenarios.
  • Participate in end-to-end delivery, including design, testing, go-live, and hypercare support.
  • Prepare solution documentation, including functional specifications and user guides.
  • Support integration with SAP SD.
  • Assist in identifying enhancements and improvement opportunities for clients.

The compensation for this position is $85k - $100k CAD annually.  Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s location, job-related knowledge, skills and work experience.     Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better. Experience Required Experience as GTMS Functional Consultant Support or similar SAP experience including configuration of Vistex solutions. Willingness and flexibility to travel and work across time zones. Familiarity with SAP SD, pricing, and rebate management processes. Ability to independently execute configuration and resolve support issues. Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
