Assist with various manual tasks to support technicians, sales staff, and operational needs in a rental equipment division, including equipment inspections, cleaning, and customer demonstrations.

Manage and grow accounts within a defined territory by prospecting, qualifying, and converting customers. Maintain client relationships, develop sales plans and presentations, collaborate with specialist divisions for cross-sell, use Salesforce/CRM to manage pipeline, monitor market and competitors, and meet revenue targets.

Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and minor repairs on rental equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, diesel). Keep work orders updated, demonstrate equipment to customers, assist with pickups/deliveries, and perform other duties as needed while following safety procedures.

Join United Rentals' sales development program to learn equipment rental lifecycle, master sales tools (CRM, inventory systems, mobile apps), conduct prospecting campaigns, support local team initiatives, receive coaching, and progress to field sales after typical 4–6 months based on performance.
