Identify, develop, optimize, and implement business processes and best practices across NAPA stores and distribution centers in Canada. The specialist will support operational excellence initiatives, apply continuous improvement methodologies, deliver improvement projects, solve problems, and provide expertise and guidance to internal teams. The role requires regular collaboration across Canada and approximately 50% travel.

Receive, process, verify, load, unload, sort, and store incoming and outgoing orders. Match products with purchasing and shipping documents, resolve discrepancies, and support safe, efficient store operations. The role requires customer service and communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and preferably experience or knowledge of the replacement-parts industry.
