Leads multiple mobile, web, backend, and quality engineering teams, defining software strategy, roadmaps, architecture standards, delivery practices, budgets, and organizational development. The role drives scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performing platforms; establishes engineering metrics; oversees incident management and continuous improvement; and partners with executive and cross-functional teams to align technology execution with business goals.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of TouchTunes’ consumer music experience across mobile applications, jukebox software, and hardware. Manages product managers and designers, drives customer-funnel growth and monetization, unifies multiple roadmaps, uses analytics and experimentation for prioritization, develops teams, leads customer research, and partners with engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and finance. The role also develops new markets, revenue opportunities, and AI-enabled product practices.

Own global payroll and HR operations for approximately 320 employees across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Manage multi-jurisdictional payroll cycles, tax compliance, time management, benefits deductions, retirement plans, reporting, audits, vendors, and year-end filings. Serve as the Ceridian Dayforce technical owner, resolve payroll and system issues, improve processes, and support HR onboarding, changes, offboarding, integrations, and system implementations.
